JOBsolutions Web Site Privacy Policy
This is the Web site of JOBsolutions, designed to give Wyandot County, Ohio employers and
job seekers one-stop access to programs and services through the Workforce Investment Act.
The privacy of visitors to this Web site is one of our top priorities and every effort is made
to ensure compliance with federal laws, including but not limited to the Privacy Act of 1974,
the Paperwork Reduction Act, and the Freedom of Information Act.
Personal Information:
As a general rule, the JOBsolutions (formerly Wyandot County Job & Training Center) does
not collect any personal identifying information about users of the site unless they sign up
for services on-line. The information received depends on the level of services requested and
which enrollment application was completed while visiting the site. Only information necessary
to supply requested services or required for statistical purposes by the Workforce Investment
Act of 1998 will be collected and maintained in the database of this Web site.
All enrollment information is kept in a secure database and will be available only to Training
Center staff directly engaged in supplying Workforce Investment Act of 1998 services, or staff
members of our partner agencies when referrals for services to those agencies is requested by
the user, and qualified professionals who are assigned the responsibility of providing
services consistent with maintaining this Web site. Enrollment information will never be
transmitted to any companies, organizations, solicitors, or any other third party not associated
with carrying out the federal, state, or local responsibilities of the Workforce Investment Act
of 1998.
Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on this site are strictly
prohibited and may be punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986, the National
Information Infrastructure Protection Act, and any other applicable Federal or State of Ohio
laws.
Cookie Use:
Some pages on this Web site employ "cookies" to provide better service to our users.
Cookies are small pieces of temporary data that are exchanged between a Web site and a user's
computer, which enables a session or dialog to be established between the site and the user.
JOBsolutions does not use cookies to collect any personally identifying information from the
user or to track user activities beyond this site. We do not maintain copies of cookies on our
site after the user exits or logs off.
E-mail Privacy Warning:
JOBsolutions suggests that users do not send any information that may be considered
confidential by e-mail. E-mail is not necessarily a secure communication process and a
third party may intercept messages. If a communication relates to services received or
requested, is highly sensitive, or includes personal information such as a Social Security
Number, it is recommended that the user call the party by telephone or send a letter by regular

and other government web sites over which the Training Center has no control. Once a user links
to any of these sites, this Privacy Policy is no longer in effect and the user is subject to the
policy of that new Web site. Inclusion of these links is solely for the convenience of our
visitors and does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of web content, viewpoint,
policies, products, or services.

JOBsolutions provides this Web site as a public service to our customers and provides
immediate access to Wyandot County Workforce Investment Act services and employment, training,
and business information. While the Training Center makes every effort to keep the information
on this site accurate, current, and reliable, there are no guarantees about the accuracy,
currency, completeness, or adequacy of this Web site or links to other sites. As a result,
JOBsolutions, Wyandot County Department of Job and Family Services, Wyandot County Workforce
Policy Board, Wyandot County Board of Commissioners, and our partner Agencies, expressly

JOBsolutions will post any changes to this policy at least thirty (30) days before those
changes take effect. Any information collected under the current privacy policy will remain
